Conveniently located across the street from UCLA West Hills Hospital and in the same shopping center as Ralphs and Baskin-Robins in Moorpark, our offices proudly serve patients throughout West Hills, Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, Moorpark, and surrounding communities.

Eye Examinations

A comprehensive eye examination is an important part of preventative health care. It's similar to a physical for the eyes because it looks at the entire eye and visual system. Comprehensive eye examinations can detect eye disease and disorders such as glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration as well as other systemic health problems such as diabetes and high blood pressure. The full examination also includes a prescription for eye glasses if needed. Corrections are prescribed for nearsightedness (myopia), farsightedness (hyperopia), astigmatism and the need for reading glasses (presbyopia).

Contact Lenses

We can fit any type of contact lens that's available.  There has been many advances in contact lenses. Those with dry eyes, astigmatism and even the need for reading glasses can now wear contact lenses successfully. After the doctor fits the perfect lens for you, a trial period is included to insure your success with contact lens wear. 

Lenses

Although many patients wear only one pair of glasses, sometimes this single pair is unable to meet all their needs. Just like you would not wear high heels to play basketball, your primary pair of glasses may not be best suited for all the things you enjoy doing. Different lenses may better suit reading, computer work, and outdoor adventures. There is a myriad of lens options now, and when you come in to Eyes On LA Optometry, we strive to find the best option or options to meet all your lifestyle needs.

Disease Therapy

We treat ocular conditions such as ocular allergies, dry eyes and conjunctivitis (pink eye), among many other ocular diseases. 

Refractive Surgery

Ever wanted to rid yourself of the need for glasses or contact lenses? We work with surgeons for LASIK. We do screenings and pre/post-op evaluations. Make an appointment to see if you are a candidate for one of these procedures.
